In practice
What it takes.
What is sufficient depends on the role. A recruiter using AI to screen candidates needs to know different things than a developer. So training has to be targeted – and recorded.
- RegisterAn inventory of the AI systems you use and who uses them
- TrainingRole-based AI training with a knowledge test
- PoliciesAn AI policy people acknowledge, with versions
- EvidenceCompleted training per person, ready when someone asks
How it runs in Paragraf – on the same foundation as your contracts and processes.
