Public sector: follow up what you procured, and prove it.

Municipalities, regions and agencies sign hundreds of contracts after every procurement, and many are now covered by NIS2. Paragraf keeps contract follow-up, cybersecurity duties and routines in one flow, hosted in the EU or on your own servers.

The pressure

Procured carefully. Followed up by chance.

Procured, then forgotten

The terms are set in the procurement, but follow-up lands on whoever has time. Public buyers in the EU spend around 14% of GDP on procurement, and much of that value is decided after signature.

NIS2 reaches the public sector

Central government is covered, and member states may include regional and local government. In Sweden, all 310 municipalities and regions are in scope.

Data must stay under your control

Public records, personal data and sensitive information set strict limits on where data may live and who may see it.

A practical example

Example: a framework agreement needs following up.

Step 1 of 4

The supplier owes you a report.

The agreement says the supplier reports delivery and prices every quarter. An Obligation Task goes to the contract manager.

Before you decide

The questions that usually hold teams back.

Changing how work is followed up is a real decision. Here is how we make it a safe one.

We have to procure you.

Of course. Tell us how you buy and we give you what you need for the requirements: hosting, security, data processing and how export works, in writing.

Can our data stay on our own servers?

Yes. Paragraf can run on your own servers with local AI, or be hosted in the EU. Everything follows your permissions and every change is logged.

Does this fit our existing systems?

Paragraf connects to your existing systems through open interfaces. We go through your systems with you before anything is decided.

Where do we start?

With one area, for example the follow-up of your largest framework agreements, with acceptance criteria agreed up front.

Next step

Fewer systems.
More control.

Book a walkthrough with one of your own agreements. We show you the follow-up from obligation to evidence, on your material.
